What it does
An inspector fills in the form on a phone or a computer. The form covers nine kinds of equipment, including life jackets, personal locator beacons, float coats and helmets. When it is complete, the app shows a full-screen preview of the report and lets the inspector save it.
Why I built it
A quick first pass to show how a paper process can become a working form. The aim is to make inspection records easy to fill out and easy to find.
How it’s built
A single static web page with no server or database behind it. Entries save in the browser, and nothing leaves the device.
Where it stands
A rough first pass, not a finished product. It shows the idea.
